Order Procedures and Policies




Ordering a firearm


Any serialized part is a firearm and must be shipped to an Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Use our dealer locator to find an FFL near you. If you want to use an FFL that is not listed, have them E-mail, Fax or mail a valid copy of their license to us referencing your order number or name.

Ordering from our website


Customers can choose to order from our website two different ways. The fastest way to process an order is through our online order system. Choose your purchases by adding them to your cart. Complete your billing and shipping information. Submit your payment information with your online order. Our web store will accept payment by American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Once the order is submitted, you will receive an automated order confirmation from orders@cmmginc.com our web stores automated e-mail address.

Alternatively you may submit an offline order from the website. Offline orders will give you the additional options to pay by check or money order if you choose. Your order details are submitted though our web store the same way as an online order. Your payment is then mailed or faxed to us with a copy of your offline order form. Once the order is submitted, you will receive an automated order confirmation from orders@cmmginc.com our web stores automated e-mail address, but your order will not be processed until payment is received.


Ordering by telephone


Call us at 660-248-2293 to place your order by telephone. The sales department can be reached at extension 4 and are available from 8:30am to 5:00pm central time. Have your item numbers ready so our sales staff can process your request quickly and precisely. An order confirmation will be E-mailed to you once it is put into production.

If you need assistance with your build decisions please call us at 660-248-2293 extension 5 for technical support. Our telephone system is set up to roll over to an open line. If you do not get through to us, our automated attendant will transfer you to our voice mail. If you choose to leave a message we will return your call within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Please do not leave multiple messages in this time frame. If you must speak with us immediately, please continue to call and do not leave a message.

Orders by E-mail


We will accept orders by E-mail. We do not recommend sending payment information through E-mail. Mailing or Faxing payment information is preferred and more secure.

Orders Inquiries


For us to provide you with information on your order, you must E-mail us with your original order confirmation included or attached to your E-mail. Send all order inquires toSales@cmmginc.com, inquires sent to other addresses will be deleted. We will answer your E-mail as quickly as we are able.

Back Orders


In the unfortunate event that your order cannot be filled or put into production immediately; we will notify you by E-mail and maintain your order until it is able to be filled or processed. There is no deposit needed or taken on back orders. We cannot estimate delivery times on back ordered merchandise. Once a back order is processed it will cycle through production at our normal turn around time.

Warranty Service


If you need warranty service, please contact us at TechSupport@cmmginc.com or call us at 660-248-2293, extension #5. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at CMMG's discretion.


Order Cancellations and Returns


Orders that have not been processed can be canceled at any time with no penalty.
Orders that have been processed and put into production but have not shipped will be charged 5% of the value of the canceled items.
Orders that have been shipped will have to be returned at the customers expense.
Shipping is not refundable.
Returns on non-defective merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
New and unused merchandise in the original retail packaging, if applicable, may be exchanged. Additional shipping charges will apply.
No refunds or returns on special orders.
